Once a sendout has been generated and issued, additional documentation can be issued as amendments. Creating a new sendout for amendments is not best practice and will double, triple the time and split the data capture information up.
The best way is to use the current sendout and classify the new documentation as 01 Amendments, 02 Amendments, depending on how many times amendments are issued.
Each time the Subcontractors open up the Enquiry Link, they can locate the individual documents section at the bottom of the website and see the documents split by classification, this is in numerical then alphabetical order.
