Sendouts stuck on 'Pending' in tracking

Online Enquiries sent but stuck on Pending Online Enquiries are not sending

When sendout batches remain pending for some time, it usually means that the Online Enquiries Service is unusually busy and this will clear on its own after a while.
If this does not clear, check the length of your email subject. The system currently allows subjects longer than those permitted by email standards to be entered, and this means the messages cannot be sent. Large amounts of information should be entered into the Notes, not the Subject.
If the subject of the email is a reasonable length and the sendout is still showing as pending after some time, there may be an issue causing this backlog, so please continue with a support member for further assistance.
