In this article, we cover how to remove Online Enquiries Send Outs, so the data that was sent through it is no longer available on the Online Enquiries website.
Note: If the recipients of the enquiry email download and share the content the Send Out may still be available outside of the online enquiries website.
To delete an Online Enquiry Send Out:
Click the Projects tab then double-click the project with the sendout you want to remove.
To make this your current project, click Confirm.
Click the Enquiries tab then click Online Enquiries.
Select the Send Out you want to delete then click Delete.
Click OK.
Note: If you wish to remove all published content for that Project, you must delete all the Send Outs.
