Sendouts are created under a certain set of Online Enquiry Credentials against a specific Database.
Zipping a Project from one ConQuest install to another does not take the sendout with it. You cannot copy a sendout from one job to another you can only move it to a different setup within the same Database.
To move the sendout to another project:
Make the Project where the sendout is currently attached, your active Project
Navigate to the Online Enquiry Module and select the sendout to be moved
On the top menu select Move and tick the new project name
Make the new Project current and the sendout should be seen in the Online Enquiry module.
If it is not on either Project or you receive an error when trying to move it, please continue with a support member for further assistance.
If you have zipped the project from one ConQuest install to another (different database), please continue with a support member for further assistance.
If a Project can be seen for one user and not any others, they are either missing the Online Enquiry Credentials or they have different credentials set to the users that can see it. Please continue with a support member for further assistance.
