When a sendout is created, it reads the resources/trades from the Estimate. If you add further resources after the sendout has been created, they will be added to the sendout the next time it is opened. The names of the resources in Online Enquiries are set at the point the resource is added and do not update automatically.
This means that if the names of these resources are changed in Estimating, they will not be updated to match in the sendout.
This is so that if, for example, you have completed Comparisons and updated back into the Estimate, adding the Subcontractor name to the resource name, but then need to perform another sendout for that trade, this does not send out with the name of the previously-selected subcontractor included.
To update the name you will need to start the Create Letters process - the name of the trade can be changed on the screen where you amend dates and add additional text.
You do not have to complete the create letters process for this to work, just save your changes.
