When generating the ITT letter the due date is not correctly populated

When generating the ITT letter the Due date is not pulling the correct date through the merge process.

If a sendout is created before a Due Date is populated in the Projects Register or is late amended the system does not automatically update itself.

If no Due date is entered it will automatically default to 1 month in advance.

To apply the changed date:

  1. In the Project Register Entry, add or change the date

  2. Open Online Enquiries.

  3. On the sendout, right-click and select Edit and amend the date.

  4. Open the Sendout, Trade Packages, Create Letters function.

  5. Select the ITT letter, click Next

  6. Select the Trades, click Next

  7. Select the first Trade and amend the Trade Due Date.

  8. Click Save.

  9. Use the Copy special, paste special function to copy the date to all other trades.

  10. Finish creating the ITT letter to update any existing letters with the new Due Date.
