Create Letters missing some fields

The ITT Letter is not pulling through the correct/any information correctly When I'm creating a letter for a Trade, there are Trade fields missing

Fields in the Online Enquiry letters can be taken from the project register, the initial setup of the sendout or be entered per-trade when creating the letters.

On a new install, if one of the per-trade entries is missing:

  1. Check the letter template to find what the name of the field is.

  2. Go to Options and click Online Enquiries

  3. Enter the name of the field under Trade Details

  4. If the entry already exists, check the spelling and that any underscores in the Word file are spaces here

  5. Click OK at the bottom.

  6. Once ConQuest has restarted, the field should be available when you go through the Create Letters process.

The letters pull the information from the Project Register fields or the Trade Details fields. A full list of the available field names for use with the Word template can be found in:

  1. By going in Options

  2. Then choose Online Enquiries

  3. Click on Template Helper.

  4. Click on the Field required then left-click again and drag to the Word document.
