Editing the date on the project register or in the sendout specification does not update the sendout after letters have been created. Once this has been done, the only way to change the return date or project start date is to do it in the Create Letters process.
You will need to edit the date for one trade and then use the Copy Special function at the top to copy it to any other trades which require the same date. The Original Letters will be overwritten with the new date once the letters have been regenerated.
