If you are using ConQuest in the MyDesk environment and you need to make some changes to the ITT Letter Template, you can find them by following the below steps:
Go to the Options menu
Click on the Online Enquiries
In the Trade Details section you can find a button named Copy OLE Templates
If you click that button, you will be sent directly to the location where all the templates are saved and you can copy or/and paste them whenever you want.
