Online Enquiries adding additional trade information boxes when creating letters

When working through the Create Letters process there is an option to enter Trade Specific information into two predefined boxes: Trade or Product Information and General Notes. Can they be amended? Can new entries be created?

The Trade fields can be amended and additional entries can be added. They are user specific and need to be entered correctly as these fields can be used in the ITT letter creation.

If any current entries are changed the letter may need to have the merge field updated.

To add or amend:

  1. Open ConQuest

  2. Click Options, Online Enquiries

  3. In the Trade Details section you can either edit or add new:

    • To edit, simply overtype the existing entry.

    • To add new, click the blank entry and type the new header name.

  4. Click OK.

  5. Restart the application and the entry will be available.
