This is due to Citrix environment limitations and enabling this feature would cause security vulnerabilities.
That is the reason why a new way of working with the Template Helper was implemented. If you want to add a field to your ITT letter template, please follow the below steps:
Click on Options from the main ConQuest toolbar
Choose Online Enquiries
Click on the Template Helper button
This will open a list of fields you can chose from to use in your ITT letter template
Too add one to the Word document, use the CTRL + C and CTRL + V keys combination to copy-paste the necessary fields.
In this way, the copied text will retain a 'Merged Field' format and it will be recognised by ConQuest during the Letter creation process
