Online Enquiry Sendout no longer allocated to project

An Online Enquiry has been generated and sent, when returning to look at the sendout it is not visible against the project.

Firstly check the following:

  1. Open ConQuest, Enquiries, Online Enquiries

  2. Ensure the module is running, there should be an active Add button (If Add is greyed out please raise a new case online and reference the title of this article)

  3. If the Add button is active check the project has not been copied and the sendout moved to the copy.

šŸ“ŒNote: Online Enquiry sendouts cannot be copied but are moved from one project to another.

If the Enquiries module is active and the Sendout has not been moved, we may be able to move the Sendout back so long as it has not been deleted. Please raise a new case online and reference the title of this article providing the following information:

  • Project Code

  • Sendout Name/Description

  • The Project GUID of the project the sendout should be attached to - this is available as a project register field on recent versions of ConQuest. If you cannot find this we will need to log on to obtain it.

šŸ“ŒNote: If you are part of a company with multiple ConQuest-using offices, check that you are using the correct credentials in Options, Online Enquiries, where the username will be at the top.
