Online Enquiries Not Responding

Online Enquiries is 'spinning', stuck on the progress indicator. The Trade Bills and the Create Letters are not generating.

There are two causes for this:

  1. Communication between your machine and the OLE servers has been interrupted or timed out and your machine is waiting for a response which will never come.

  2. The OLE servers are very busy.

The first thing to try is restarting ConQuest and trying again. If this does not make any difference then try rebooting the server where Conquest is installed.
