To activate the Aconex link you will need to have the Aconex Username and Password available

Open ConQuest then go to Options, Online Enquiries

Scroll down to Aconex Integrations

Enter your Aconex user name and password

Press OK, restart the application, log back in.

Open the Online Enquiry Sendout, select a Trade and click on Get Files

Click the Aconex option on the left, refresh and see the folders available to select documents from.

1. Open ConQuest then go to Options, Online Enquiries

4. The URL should be populated by default
5. Press OK, restart the application, log back in.
6. Open the Online Enquiry Sendout, select a Trade and click on Get Files
7. Click the Aconex option on the left, refresh and see the folders available to select documents from.
