Viewpoint is a cloud based document management system which allows users to order their documents by project and site etc. The integration within ConQuest allows the user to transfer documents from Viewpoint into the Online Enquiries Vault.

- Click 'Generate or View Secret Key'
- May need to enter Viewpoint Password again.
- Copy the Secret Key Code

- Go to Options, Online Enquiries, Viewpoint Settings
- Enter You Viewpoint Username and Password and the Secret Key
- Press OK, ConQuest will restart

Navigate to Online Enquiries, Trade Packages, Get files and Select the Viewpoint option

1. Log in to Viewpoint
 - Click 'Generate or View Secret Key'
 - May need to enter Viewpoint Password again.
 - Copy the Secret Key Code
2. Open ConQuest Q Series
 - Go to Options, Online Enquiries, Viewpoint Settings
 - Enter You Viewpoint Username and Password and the Secret Key
 - Press OK, ConQuest will restart
3. Navigate to Online Enquiries, Trade Packages, Get files and Select the Viewpoint option

Activation of the Viewpoint (4Projects) Online Enquiries feature required.
