Online Enquiries Not Working Via VPN

Online Enquiries not available connected via VPN. Online Enquiries greyed out at home.

Some larger companies are configured to use a proxy when on the office network, but not when connected via VPN.

  • Go to Options

  • Select Online Enquiries and then scroll down to the bottom

  • If your setting is for Manual, then change it to None

  • Click OK, ConQuest will restart

Online Enquiries should then be available. You will need to change this setting back once you return to the office.
