No access to ConQuest in Access Evo

ConQuest has been set up permissions granted to access it via Access Evo. However, when we go to open ConQuest from the Products menu, there is no option to select it in the menu.

To make the icon appear please follow the steps below:

  1. Go to the Members section

  2. Search for the affected user

  3. Once you found him click on the 3 dots menu on the right side of his name

  4. Select Manage roles

  5. Set ConQuest to No Access

  6. Click Save Changes

  7. In the Manage Roles click Close


After you've followed the steps above, you can give the user the permissions back and then inform the user to log out and wait for at least 10 minutes. ConQuest should now appear in the menu.
