You can use Citrix to establish a connection between ConQuest Q Series and Access Workspace. You first need to make sure your system admin has set up ConQuest Q Series access and you can see it available within the Access button menu.
Once you have access, follow the below.
To install Citrix connection:
Within Access Workspace, click the Access button
Select ConQuest then click Detect Citrix Workspace app.
Select the I agree checkbox then click Download.
Open the download then click Next.
Select I accept the licence agreement then click Install.
Click Finish.
Back on the Citrix webpage, click Continue.
A pop-up appears, select Always allow then click Open.
Click the Access button again then select ConQuest.
Click Permit use then click OK.
