If your ConQuest isn't launching via Access Evo, please try to check the Citrix version following the steps below:
In the bottom right of your screen there will be an arrow.
Click on it to display some additional icons including the round blue Citrix icon.
Right click on this to display a set of Citrix options and select Advanced Preferences.
This will display a box which includes the current version information.
If you are running an older version we would recommend an update.
You may be able to update this yourself using the Check for Updates option in the previous menu, but you may need help from your IT team to complete this.
If your system is up to date, try to switch to Full Screen by following the below steps as a workaround to view ConQuest:
Click on the up arrow again to display the Citrix Icon
Right click on this and select Connection Centre
Select the item starting with ‘UK’ and then use the Full Screen button.
This should display ConQuest.
If none of the above solutions work try to shut down ConQuest Session:
Click on the up arrow again to display the Citrix Icon
Right click on this and select Connection Centre
Select the item starting with ‘UK’ and then use the Disconnect button.
