The issue here is that the user does not have the correct Windows permissions on their Temp folder to delete the temporary files when they are no longer needed. IT will need to correct this. To find the folder, go to Options and select Folders. The entry you're looking for is "Temporary - Where ConQuest creates temporary files" which is the fifth line down.
