This is normally either an issue with the Temp folder or that no default windows printer has been set.
To check default printer options:
Close ConQuest
Go To Windows, Printers and scanners, check there is a default printer set.
Reopen ConQuest and retry the report.
If you are running ConQuest on a remote server, it's the server session's default printer which matters, so you may need your IT's help.
To check temp folder:
Open Options, Folders, Temp Folder
Check this is a valid location and the permissions are set to read/write/modify.
