Depending on how this has been configured, the Documents folder on the server session may not be the same as the Documents folder on your local machine. They will almost certainly be different if your ConQuest is hosted.
Especially if you are hosted with Access you may have access to a file explorer session, which you will be able to use to move files between the hosted ConQuest network drive and your own computer.
If you do not have this, most terminal server sessions are configured so that drives from the local machine are available to the remote session. If that is the case, these will show up as something along the lines of 'local disk c: on MyNewLaptop' - you will be able to use these just as if ConQuest were running on your machine rather than a server session. It may be worth creating a folder called RemoteFiles in your C: drive so that you have a single location to work with rather than saving to multiple locations.
