There is no archive function within the application, projects can be zipped and then deleted, however any Online Enquiry Sendouts created will be lost as they cannot be zipped.
A filter could be used from the Projects Register window that shows only Projects marked as Live which would then hide the older projects from view.
To Add/Remove the Is Live flag:
Select the Project in the Project Register
In the top right, click Edit to activate the Projects Register Details.
Tick or Untick the Is Live flag, click Done to save.
Ensure the Is Live Column is open, to do this right-click on a Column Header and select Columns
Set the filter to True to see all projects with the Is Live flag displayed.
