ConQuest has encountered a problem and needs to close' when exporting the tracking record

My ConQuest crashes with ConQuest has encountered a problem and needs to close when trying to export the tracking record in Online Enquiries.

This is a known issue, caused by having two batches sent within a minute of each other, and with the same text at the start of the batch name. Because the tabs in the tracking export are named with the date and time and then as much of the batch name as will fit, this means ConQuest is trying to create two tabs in Excel with the same name, which it cannot do.

This will have to be fixed on this end, so please continue with a support member and reference the title of this article. Please have the sendout name and description to hand, along with the Project Number. These will be needed to clear the fault.
