Frozen or stuck session on MyDesk environment with error 'Invalid argument'

I filtered for a word and searched the bill of quantities for it, but it came up with the message below and ConQuest is locked: Invalid argument The ConQuest session is frozen and I can't exit from it.

If the ConQuest session is frozen or you get the above error message in a loop, please try to shut down the ConQuest using the steps below:

  1. Click on the up arrow from the Taskbar to display the Citrix Icon

  2. Right-click on it and select Connection Center

  3. Select the item starting with ‘UK’ and then use the Disconnect button.
