If you are getting the above error, you will have to reinstall the Dimtronix Licence Manager, this will repair the install and clear the error. If you have access to the server running the Service and you have the relevant admin rights you can complete the following steps:

Download the installer from the following <a href="https://downloads.conquestenquiries.com/Index.html" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">link</a> , and locate the Licence Manager download.

Run and Install the Application select Next, Next, Finish.

This should reinstall and restart the service.

Run the Dimtronix Licence Manager Icon from the desktop and the Login prompt will be displayed.

Log in with Username/Password of admin/admin and a Licence should be visible in the table with an Expiry date.
