If you have this issue, the solution is to install Dimtronix Licencing Server, if it's not already installed.
To do that, please follow the steps below:
1. Use the Opera browser or Microsoft Edge to click on the following:
2. Log on to the Server.
3. To run and install the application, click Next, then Next and then click Finish.
4. This should reinstall and restart the service.
5. Run the Dimtronix Licence Manager Icon from the desktop and the login prompt will appear.
6. Log in with Username: admin and Password: admin and a licence should appear in the table with an expiry date.
Note: If you have access to the server running the Service and the relevant admin rights, you should be able to complete the installation.
