If you are receiving the Licence Key Not Found error message after updating from Windows 10 to Windows 11, with an existing installation of ConQuest Q Series, then it is indicated to first check if the Sentinel LDK Manager service is running in the Services application within Windows.
If the service is not running and starting it back gives you Error 1067, the solution is to reinstall the HASP License Driver by following the steps below:

  1. Download the license driver from HASP driver section (Q Series License Driver V8.15 CMD Installer) from here

  2. Save this file (haspdinst.exe) to the C:\Temp folder (create if not there)

  3. Open the Command prompt as Administrator

  4. Enter the following commands separately and press Enter after each one.
    CD\
    CD temp
    haspdinst -purge

  5. After the purge has been completed, enter the following commands separately and press Enter after each one.
    CD\
    CD temp
    haspdinst -i

  6. To check if this has worked see if the webpage http://localhost:1947 opens.

If you are receiving the Licence Key Not Found error message after updating from Windows 10 to Windows 11, with a new installation of ConQuest Q Series, please raise a new case online referencing the title of this article.
