What do the things on the Items toolbar do?

Items Toolbar
The Items Tab on the View Window gives you the options needed to add, delete, insert, copy, load, store and flag single items to your bill.

Add will open the Library Resource Window and let you drill down through various descriptions so you can enter a new bill item. It will Add the Item to the end of the bill you are currently working in.

Insert will open the Library Resource Window and let you drill down through various descriptions so you can enter a new Bill Item. It will Add the Item underneath the Item you currently have highlighted in the View Grid

Delete will remove the highlighted item from the bill. You are prompted with a message stating 'Are you sure?' as this cannot be undone.

Copy will allow you to replicate an existing item by highlighting it and selecting copy.copy.jpg

Load will open the Stored Items window and from here you can select and add a Stored Item to your bill.

Store will open the Stored Item Window so you can save an existing bill item into a list for future use.

Rereference allows you to Rereference your references and your Bill Pages, Bill by Bill across the job.

Restore / Snapshot is an automatic backup and restore tool introduced in Version 3. It provides a point-in-time recovery for the estimating job.

Tidy Buildups (Ctrl + T) This button tidies every buildup in the current job, be it a single buildup or as part of a composite item.

Flags allow you to add a colour coded marker against any Item and can be defined in the Options Menu for the system as a whole and on the Projects Menu for job specific
