If you need to reinstall the Sentinel licence driver, your IT will probably need to complete the following steps as Administrator rights on the computer are required:
If ConQuest is open, close the application.
Navigate to the Components section and download the driver from HASP Driver section named Q Series Licence Driver V 8.15 CMD Installer from below:
Save this somewhere easy to get to from a command prompt, such as C:\Temp or C:\ConQuest Q Series\Drivers
Launch Command Prompt with Run as administrator
Navigate to the folder by entering the following commands separately, and press Enter after each one:
CD\
CD Temp
haspdinst -iTo completely remove the driver, type haspdinst -purge and press Enter. This process will take a while.
Once it's done, click OK on the prompt that appears.
In the Command prompt window, to install the driver, run haspdinst -i, again this will take a while, and click OK once it's done.
To check the installation has been successful, open the Sentinel website http://localhost:1947
If it opens, then the licence driver is working.
Retry to update the license or launch the application.
If the driver does not install correctly, repeat the purge step, restart the computer, and then try again.
If you are still having issues, check for messages within the Antivirus.
