This can be completed by following the below instructions, you will need to ensure you have the old and new machine and you will need administrator access.
Local ConQuest Installation:
Download for the install
Download the driver from the Licence section under Q Series (CMD V8.15)
Save this file (haspdinst.exe) to the C:\Temp folder (create if not there)
Open Command prompt as Administrator
Enter the following commands separately, press enter after each one: 'CD\' ; 'CD temp' ; 'haspdinst -i'
To check if this has worked see if the webpage http://localhost:1947 opens.
Download the Q Series Application from the above webpage
Run the installer for ConQuest and choose Local install. Leave the defaults, Next, Next…finish through the install and OK any errors about drivers.
Once Installed cancel out of the Installer.
This will install the default ConQuest, If you have your old machine you can copy the data over from it.
Below are the specific data folders you need to copy from your old C:\ConQuest Q Series folder to the new one, overwrite them, ensure ConQuest is closed.

Online Enquiry Templates
Projects
Shared Database
Stored Items
Temp
Templates
messaging.ini file (if running Take Off)
If using a USB licence this should be unplugged from the old machine to the new one. If running a Softkey it will need to be transferred
Opening ConQuest should prompt for any updates, these much be applied. All data should have copied over from the old machine.
If running an SQL Express installation for the database please continue with a support member.
Local Take Off Installation:
Take Off uses the Rabbitmq messaging software, this allows the Take Off and ConQuest to communicate so Take Off Qty's can be used directly within ConQuest.
This will need to be installed and configured as part of the move.
Download the installer from
Run the installer for Take Off and choose Local install. Leave the defaults, Next, Next…finish through the install.
Once Installed cancel out of the Installer.
This will install the default Take Off, If you have your old machine you can copy the data over from it.
Below are the specific data folders you need to copy from your old C:\Program Files\ConQuest\On-Screen Take Off to the new one, overwrite them, ensure Take Off is Closed

To install the license please continue with a support member.
Opening Take Off should show all data has copied over from the old machine.
Warning: With Take Off you must retain the original Drawing files, they must be brought as well or you run the risk of losing the measured information.
