It is possible to set up a Bill Summary with Sub Bills, you can only have 1 level of Sub Bills.
Example: Bill 1 - Groundworks (sub bill 1)
Super Structure (sub bill 2)
Substructure (sub bill 3)
Or Simply Bill 1
Bill 2
Bill 3
Bill Numbers can contain up to 4 numerical digits.
To Create A Sub Bill
Create a Project, make it current, open the Bill Summary Window
Select Allow Changes
Add the main Bill Heading (Example Bill 1)
Highlight Bill 1 and Select Title (The Bill will go Bold, No items can be added to a title line)
Select Add, Enter the Bill number (same as the Main Bill Heading) and give the Bill Heading Name, it will add the Sub Bills indented underneath the Main Bill Title.
Sub Bills can be moved up or down within a Bill using the Move function.
