If a new softkey is required for a new user or a new machine, we will need a C2V file which is generated through the ConQuest Q Series License Update.exe application. If you do not currently have this application, you can download the application on the following link:
Once the application is installed on the desktop, please follow the below steps to get the C2V file:
On the Collect Status Information tab, select the Installation of new protection key
Click on the Collect Information button
A File Explorer window will pop up and you can choose whatever location you like to save it
The file you just saved should have a .C2V extension and you need to hand it to us.

Tip: If you already have a softkey, a new machine has been received that is considered as a 'Moving a ConQuest softkey'.
