The first thing to try if your project is behaving oddly, or you are seeing figures which do not add up as you're expecting is to go:
Go toTools menu
Then select Check Job.
Issues with data corruption are often caused by poor network connectivity or multiple users working in the Estimating Module on the same project at the same time.
We generally recommend that users do not try to run ConQuest across a VPN as this can cause some issues with data corruption if it crashes whilst connected. A Terminal Server is usually the best option for remote working, or in some cases we can provide a completely standalone install, though these have some restrictions.
We recognize that currently many users do not have any other option but using the VPN, so we suggest making regular backups using:
Go to Tools menu
Select Zip
Select Current Project,
Run Check Job regularly as the corruption tends to be cumulative and issues can be repaired before this has become obvious in use.
If this does not correct the issue, or if Check Job gets stuck in a loop or crashes, please use the Tools menu to zip your project and library (if possible) and continue with a support member
