The Check Job function can be located in the Tools, Check Job menu. This function allows you to run the check Job fix on the job files. It resynchronizes the Data and Indexing files. Using this regularly can help avoid project corruption.
The main cause of corruption is a faulty Network connection (working on VPN) OR multiple users working in Estimating, as this is not advised.
Check Job function - No Error messages
If the Print Preview shows no errors and the print screen preview displays "Test OK" under every entry, then the project is fine.
If the Print Preview is given with no errors but the entries contain data, then this is just information on the project, and if no errors were given whilst running the preview, it should also mean the project is fine.
