Firstly, please run the Check Library function:

Check on the bottom menu that you have the right Library selected, click Tools

Choose Check Library and then press OK

Note any errors reported that cannot be fixed or a print routine displaying Breaks and Missing data.

2. Make a project current
3. Check on the bottom menu that you have the right Library selected, click Tools
4. Choose Check Library and then press OK
5. Note any errors reported that cannot be fixed or a print routine displaying Breaks and Missing data.

If any errors are reported or everything comes back clear and the original error is still given, ConQuest Support will need to investigate the Library being used. 

Choose Zip and then Current Library.
