Error: Licence Key Error: Licence Expired

When opening ConQuest an error is given on the splash screen page. Licence Key Error: Licence Expired

You will first need to check the status of the licence:

To check the Licence, on the machine where the licence is held:

  1. The licence should be displayed in the Table, go to Features

  2. The Restrictions column will state Expired if the expiration date has passed.

📌Note: If the licence is held on a server, you (or your IT department) will need to do this on the server.

If you have your own licence key, this is done on your machine.

When it is time to update the licence, you will be sent instructions on how to generate a C2V file using the ConQuest Licence Update application. This will need to be sent to us, so we can generate and return the V2C file, which has to be applied using the same application.

If you have not received these instructions, and you are sure that the update has been paid for, please contact your account manager.

If you think this process has been done, try applying the V2C file again, as it's possible the process was not completed the first time. If the issue persists or you get an error when applying the V2C file, please raise a new case with support to have this investigated.
