To change the user's permission to delete a project, check the following:

Click Options, then click into the user profiles.

Enable Delete Projects, then click Save.

Note: This needs to be done by a user with Admin permissions.

When trying to delete a project I get this message: You do not have the necessary permissions to delete this project.
