This error is received when the library name given is not active in the Libraries list for the user. To add the library:

Enter the 4 digit library name in the first cell

Select Change to browse to the folder where the library is located. Click OK

Restart the application and the project will be available.

When trying to make a project current and error is given:

Error reading Folders.ini
The Current Library XXXX is not in the list of libraries
