Hosted users receiving Password Expiry messages (RDS)

I'm getting the error Your password is expired. Please contact your administrator for assistance when trying to login into Access Hosting. When I'm trying to log in with my password, it states The logon attempt failed

Certain Hosted users can reset their own password by following this link:

You will need to sign in using your username and password with the domain ConQuestUK before you can use the reset functions.

Note: You must enroll on the above URL before you reset/unlock passwords/accounts. If your user name does not start with 'CONQUESTUK\', you cannot use this function.


Once enrolled, you can use the Change Password tab. If this function gives a permissions error, try signing out, then on the main page, use the Reset Password feature, without signing in on the left first:

  1. Enter your Username (starts with CON00) and select CONQUESTUK Domain

  2. Answer the security questions and enter the security text

  3. The password will only be accepted when the coloured line underneath goes green, which will appear when the password has started to be typed in.
