This is a problem with the driver for the default printer, or an unknown error returned from the driver. It may occur when printers are not accessible to the system.
To resolve this, set the default printer to a known-working printer (or print-to-file device such as Microsoft Print to PDF) in Windows, restart ConQuest and try again.
