Ensure you have a backup of your project before running this feature as it cannot be undone once applied.
To back up the project:
Open Projects
Select the Project
Select Export and save the zip file.
Alternatively, copy the project and apply the reprice to the Copy Project; your original will not be changed and will remain on the original rates.
To update all prices for library resources to the current library rates:
Highlight the project on the project register
Click the Reprice button.
You will be asked if you want to update all the prices. Click OK.
If you go into the Analysis menu and select Estimating and then Job Resources, you will see that the prices now match the current library rates.
If you receive messages stating that resources do not exist in the library, then the most likely reason is that your system is not configured to access the version of the library which the job was created on (for example, the job was created with the version on your ConQuest network drive, and which has had additions made to it, but you are using a standalone version of ConQuest which is accessing the libraries from your C drive.
Note: when libraries are updated, you must ensure that they are copied to all the places they are accessed from, and you must ensure that a network install of ConQuest is looking at the shared copy of the libraries on the network drive.
