Note: There must be resources in the estimate for Online Enquiries to work. You cannot allocate Documents or Contacts to a send out when there are no Trades listed.
No Trade Bills on a project:
Create the new project
Add a Bill 99, Resources Bill Heading
Load a Blank BOQ Descriptions Item
This will allow you to allocate the resources to the Item for use within Online Enquiries, you can allocate up to 10 resources per blank item added.
Once the resources have been allocated to the items Create the Online Send out.
Once the Trade Bills have been generated you can delete Bill 99 (in theory all resources should have been allocated to other items within the Bill)
An amendment can be issued for the creation of the Trade Bills within the Sent out.
