On a new machine, this is usually an indication that the machine has been left as a local setup when it should be Network or it is a local install and the files have not been copied over to the new machine.
For a Network Install, you can copy a working user's Configuration folder or check the network share for a Setup Folder. Once you have this, copy it to the current user's configuration folder.
For a local install, you would need to copy the Configuration folder from the user's old machine, along with all the other data folders, to copy all the settings and data over.
Library or Stored Items are not the correct version
Opening Conquest on a new machine and the Library or Stored Items Library are not showing the correct data.
