The Sentinel One antivirus application unfortunately seems to have an issue with the Sentinel LDK Licence Manager which ConQuest uses. This has been raised with them and they have apparently whitelisted this in the March 2021 release, however this seems to work only with physical dongle installs - the service cannot run if the .dll file which is required for softkeys to work is in place.
The solution for this is to make a manual exclusion for the path where the licence manager files reside
C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Aladdin Shared\HASP\
