If using a Remote setup you MUST have User configurations for each user setup on the Network share.
Firstly check the shortcut in use is not defaulting to the
C:\ConQuest Q Series\Configuration
folder this is incorrect on a remote setup.
Right Click on the Shortcut for ConQuest then click Properties
The Target Path (for a network install) should states something similar to :
C:\ConQuest Q Series\ConQuest.exe" "Q:\ConQuest Q Series\Users\%username%\Configuration"
If the target path is not pointing to this location change it. If you do not have User folders and you are running on a remote session you need to please continue with a support member for further assistance.
