To clear the issues you will need to do one of the following:
Delete the large description section from the file or ensure it is converted into items with a reference, and a Qty/Unit of 1/Note added to the Item.
Ensure each Item has a Reference allocated to it along with a Description, and either/or a Qty/Unit
