Excel Bill Import is stopping at a certain Item

When importing an Excel file in to ConQuest it is stopping at a certain point each time the import is tried.

Firstly you will need to check your Bill Import Options match those of the Excel Bill you are importing.

To check this:

  1. Open the Excel file and look which column you have entered the End of Page and End of Document Markers.

  2. Select Input/Output then Bill Import.

  3. Click the Options button at the top left.

  4. Ensure the End of Page and End of document markers match and are set to the correct column

  5. retry the import

If still not importing:

  1. Check the End of Page marker is not set in a Text column.

Note:We advise you have the End of Page marker in the Reference or Qty column. The reason for this is you are less likely to have a Reference or Qty the same name as your marker. If you use the word End for instance and you put the marker in the column usually where the description is held it will locate the first instance of the word end (or words containing end like rendered etc) and it will stop the import.
