In order to view the rates entered in the Estimating module - whether those are broken down into Labour, Plant and Material, or are entered on Subcontractor resources - you need the Own Rate column.
You can turn this on as part of creating the comparison for a particular trade, by selecting Own Rate as well as entering the Subcontractor names or, if you are already in the trade, you can add it by going to Info and then Names and clicking Own Rate there.
It will then show whatever has been entered in Estimating in that column.
To view different Resource Types L, P, M you can change what the Own Rate column displays buy accessing from Comparisons Info, Own Rate. Here you can select what resource types you want to display in the Own Rate column.
Note: Using Own Rate on large Comparison Trades can reduce the performance time for entering rates.
