'Could not access sentinel Protection key.....' when trying to generate a C2V file

When trying to generate C2V file for a USB licence the following error is received: Could not access Sentinel protection key! Could not find appropriate Sentinel protection key

First check that you are on the correct machine: For network installs, the key is not always on the same server as other aspects of the ConQuest system, and if you have a virtual server, it is most likely to be on the host as passthrough is not supported.

If the machine is definitely correct, it could be the driver causing the issue or the update application, please continue with a support member.
